Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) 90 Softgels
Rosita's cod liver oil in capsule form — easy to travel with, and no taste. A good option if you want the oil without the flavour of it.
The oil is made from superior quality fresh livers using an age-old cold climate extraction technique, in small batches, without heat or chemical solvents.
Cod liver oil naturally contains the fat-soluble vitamins A and D, along with omega-3 fatty acids including EPA and DHA. Each 3 softgel serving provides 365 µg RE of vitamin A, 3 µg of vitamin D, and 417 mg of omega-3s, including 195 mg DHA and 143 mg EPA.
Storage
Keep the softgels out of the fridge. Unlike the liquid oil, the capsules should be stored at room temperature, somewhere cool, dry and out of direct light. This is also what makes them the easier option for travel.
A note on dosage
Cod liver oil is naturally high in preformed vitamin A. Do not exceed the recommended dose. If you are pregnant, or taking other supplements containing vitamin A, speak to your doctor or midwife before starting.
