Auspost Express is $9.50 or free on orders over $129.

Internation free shipping thresholds:

New Zealand free over $300 AUD

USA, Canada, Singapore free over $500 AUD

Rest of world free over $500 AUD

At Superfoods Australia, we are passionate about getting your products to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. We ship the orders received before 12pm daily via Auspost standard and express, Auspost registered international and Auspost Express International.

Please note international orders may be subject to import taxes, you will need to check if your country does this and you are responsible for any fees they charge.

    Shipping Insurance

    We highly recommend using the shipping insurance for your order so if there is any problems they will repurchase it and we reship it to you. We are not liable for any missing or damaged packages if you don't select it. If your item is returned to us due to an error with the shipping provider we will cover the reshipping costs back to you. If it’s due to a customer error like an incorrect address or the item not being collected we will charge you shipping fees based on the weight of your order/s.

    If your order is damaged in transit you just need to email us with your order number and details of the problem (damaged product photos, missing item details, etc.) and we will make the claim for you.

    If your order is stolen then the insurance company require a police report which can easily be done online and should only take a few minutes (we can point you to the website address for your state or just google it, we can also help you do the report or even do it for you). You then send us the case number to add to your claim so route can process the reshipment.
