365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products at Superfoods Australia and offer a 365-day satisfaction guarantee so customers can try our products with confidence.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.


How the Satisfaction Guarantee Works

If, after using the product as directed, you are genuinely not satisfied, you may request a refund, store credit, or exchange within 365 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

This satisfaction guarantee is intended to allow customers to reasonably trial a product. It is not a change-of-mind return policy.


Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible under the satisfaction guarantee:

  • The product must have been used as directed

  • At least 50% of the product must remain (i.e. it has been reasonably trialed, not consumed)

  • The request must be made within 365 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • The product must be returned to us for assessment

Refunds under this guarantee are not automatic and are assessed case by case.


Refund Amount

Where a refund is approved under the satisfaction guarantee:

  • The refunded amount will be up to the value of the unused product returned

  • Original shipping, fulfilment, handling, restocking and payment processing fees (including PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip) are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility


What This Guarantee Does Not Cover

The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to:

  • Orders placed in error

  • Customers who decide they no longer want the product

  • Dissatisfaction based solely on taste, smell, texture, or personal preference

  • Products not used as directed

  • Products that have been mostly or fully consumed

  • Expectations not stated on the product page

  • Clearance or heavily discounted items (where stated)

  • We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit once handed to the carrier. Transit insurance is held by the sender and claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product

  • Deciding you no longer want the product

  • Purchasing based on assumptions not stated on the product page


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from what was advertised, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply. This policy does not limit or exclude those rights.


Abusive or Manipulative Behaviour

Returns and refunds of used or opened products are offered at our discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund where a customer engages in threatening, abusive, or manipulative behaviour, including attempts to use negative reviews, complaints, or regulatory threats as leverage for a refund.
