Refund policy
365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident trying our products. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, you may contact us within 365 days of delivery — or before the product's printed best-before date, whichever comes first — to request a refund, store credit or exchange.
Eligibility
To qualify under this voluntary satisfaction guarantee:
- The claim must relate to your first purchase of that particular product.
- The guarantee covers one opened unit per product, not every unit in a bulk or multi-unit order.
- The product must have been genuinely tried as directed.
- You must contact us within 365 days of delivery, or before the best-before date printed on the product, whichever comes first.
- Proof of purchase and your order number are required.
- Whatever remains of the product must be returned to us.
- You must contact us before sending anything back — we will provide the return address and a return authorisation number.
Return postage
Customers are responsible for tracked return postage for satisfaction-based returns. Please include your return authorisation number with your return; items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted. Original shipping charges, third-party payment processing fees, and our reasonable fulfilment and restocking costs are not refundable for voluntary satisfaction claims unless Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.
Fair-use conditions
This guarantee is intended to let customers genuinely trial a product. We reserve the right to decline repeated, excessive, fraudulent or suspected abusive claims.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not accept returns solely because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong product, placed an accidental or duplicate order, no longer wants the product, or purchased based on assumptions not stated on the product page.

This voluntary satisfaction guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
