Himalayan Gold Shilajit Resin

Suggested Himalayan Shilajit Resin Oil Usage: To start dissolve 0.2g (this is about half a pea in size and roughly what fits on the head of the free Shilajit spoon) in a glass of hot water, milk/mylk to make an instant tonic tea elixir.

The liquid needs to be hot to get the Shilajit to quickly dissolve. It is also great added to your morning coffee. Add some honey for sweetness and flavour. You can gradually build up to 0.5g over time.

It takes around 1 kg or more of raw Shilajit rock to produce just 100 g of our finished resin oil — a concentrated 10:1 extract. The rock is gathered from the mountains around Skardu and Gilgit-Baltistan, near K2, the world's most dangerous peak. The finished resin has an almost-liquid viscosity at room temperature, so it's easy to measure and stir into hot drinks.

A few signs of genuinely pure Shilajit: it turns a golden to red-wine colour when dissolved in warm water and leaves no residue at the bottom of the glass. It won't burn when exposed to a flame — instead it bubbles and produces an ash that flows outward. In resin form it's jet black with a high-gloss sheen.
