Our Himalayan Shilajit is one of the rarest and most powerful biologically active resinous substances on Earth. It is sourced from high altitude mountain rocks above 17000ft in the Pakistani Himalayan Mountains. It is also called "Mountain Oil", or "Mountain Balsam".

Our Golden Himalayan Shilajit is wild harvested and processed above 17000ft in the Skardu Pakistani Himalayan Mountains which is where the world’s most dangerous mountain K2 is found. It takes 1kg of raw Shilajit rock to make 100g of our Shilajit resin oil extract. This Shilajit has an amazing almost liquid viscosity at room temperature which makes it easy to use and mix into hot liquids.
Our Himalayan Shilajit goes through a multi stage purification and extraction process to created a high quality pure gold quality resin which is free of non-water soluble materials. First the finest Shilajit rocks are selected and gathered from the areas surrounding the Skardu and Gilgit Baltistan mountain ranges.
Rocks at altitudes above 17000ft provide the best quality yields. Then the rocks are purified using a combination of water filtration with other techniques to completely eliminate heavy metals and other impurities.
Once the Shilajit is completely pure, it's dried out under the sun to a point where it's thick enough to easily pour it into containers and use.

The Shilajit has a golden or red wine colour when it is dissolved in water and leaves no residue in the bottom of the glass. Pure Shiljait won't burn and instead bubbles up and produces ash which flows outwards when heated with a flame. Shilajit is jet back in colour with a high gloss sheen.
Shilajit is rich in Fulvic Acid which is a complex which contains a large amount of essential Minerals, fatty acids, Vitamins, and ketones. It is amazing for adapting stress and recovering from training and exercise.

Suggested Himalayan Shilajit Resin Oil Usage: To start dissolve 0.2g (this is about half a pea in size and roughly what fits on the head of the free Shilajit spoon) in a glass of hot water, milk/mylk to make an instant tonic tea elixir.
The liquid needs to be hot to get the Shilajit to quickly dissolve. It is also great added to your morning Coffee. Add some honey for some sweetness and flavour. Amounts of up to 0.5g can ve built up to over time.
Contraindications: individual intolerance, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Shilajit can be used externally by mixing it with shampoo, compresses and masks, and so on. Please see the product images for the certificate of analysis.
Please note: Make sure that you store the container in a cool dry place. Take extra care to keep the threads of the miron jar and lid clean and free of the Shilajit pitch as this can cause the container to become ‘glued’ shut. We cannot replace Shilajit that has become closed in this manner. You can run the jar under hot water to unstick the lid. After clean the threads of the jar and lid with some paper towel dipped in hot water. If the Shilajit is too runny in summer you can put it in the refrigerator or freezer.
