Pine Pollen
The fine yellow powder released by pine trees over a short window each spring. Collection is entirely manual and confined to that window, which is why it is expensive. It contains a broad amino acid profile, B vitamins and trace minerals.
Our cracked cell wall pine pollen powder has had the tough outer wall of each grain broken, which is necessary for the contents to be accessible at all.
Pine Needles
Harvested from specific pine species — not all are suitable for tea. Ours come from Siberian and Korean pines, plus Kerkka spruce sprouts from Finland. Pine needle tea has been drunk across Northern Europe and Asia for centuries.
How to Use
- Pine Pollen Powder: add to smoothies, juices or food.
- Pine Pollen Capsules: 1–2 daily.
- Pine Pollen Tincture: a few drops under the tongue or in water.
- Pine Needle Tea: steep 2–3g for 5 to 10 minutes.
