The fresh sprouts are freeze dried and powdered straight after harvest and retain all the amazing flavor and nutrients.

Spruce needle Sprouts are known for containing the natural compounds Suramin and Shikimic Acid, vitamin C, amino acids, and iron.

Suggested Use

Brew 1 teaspoon in 250ml of hot water and filter with a French press or coffee filter. It is tasty and slightly sweet as is but some honey can be added for sweetness. Can brew it a second time to get an extra cup out of it. Try it with our Matcha powder for an extra tasty tea.
