Superfoods Australia Guarantee

We offer a voluntary satisfaction guarantee so you can try our products with confidence. If you are not satisfied with an eligible product, contact us within 365 days of delivery (or before the product's printed best-before date, whichever comes first) to request a refund, store credit or exchange. The guarantee applies to your first purchase of a particular product and covers one opened unit per product, not every unit in a bulk or multi-unit order. The product must have been genuinely tried as directed, you will need your order number and proof of purchase, and whatever remains of the product must be returned to us by tracked post at your cost. Please contact us first — we will provide the return address and a return authorisation number; returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted. Original shipping charges, third-party payment processing fees, and our reasonable fulfilment and restocking costs are not refundable for voluntary satisfaction claims unless Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise. This guarantee is not a change-of-mind policy, and repeated, excessive, fraudulent or suspected abusive claims may be declined.
