REFUND PROCESS
We proudly offer a 365-day satisfaction guarantee so you can try our products with confidence. This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and is subject to the terms of our Refund Policy. If, after using the product as directed, you are genuinely not satisfied, you may request a refund, store credit, or exchange within 365 days of delivery, provided the product has been reasonably trialled and at least 50% of the product remains. Approved refunds are calculated up to the value of the unused product returned. Original shipping, fulfilment, handling, and payment processing fees (including PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip) are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. This satisfaction guarantee is intended to allow customers to reasonably trial a product and does not apply to change-of-mind purchases, orders placed in error, dissatisfaction based solely on taste or personal preference, products not used as directed, or products that have been mostly or fully consumed.
