The spores are carefully collected as the mature Reishi fruiting bodies naturally release them. Their resilient outer cell walls are then cracked using a specialised low-temperature process.

Reishi spores are naturally produced and released by mature Reishi mushroom fruiting bodies. Our spores are harvested during this stage and carefully processed in a clean, low-temperature environment to help maintain the natural characteristics of the powder and minimise oxidation.
Reishi spores naturally contain a range of mushroom compounds, including polysaccharides, beta-glucans and triterpenes. The finished powder contains no fillers, preservatives, drying agents, artificial flavours or colours.

Suggested Use: Add ½ teaspoon to hot water, milk or plant-based milk, smoothies, mushroom elixirs, tea or coffee.

Hi everyone. It really gives my heath a great help. I was very weak and always felt dizzy before. I just have been taking it for three weeks, but I can feel a big improvement.
