I have been taking Lions Mane for about six months (albeit a different brand) and have found it to be very beneficial. I am a 77-year old woman and I can honestly say that Lions Mane has had an incredible affect on my cognitive abilities.
I recommend taking this product for approximately 3-4 weeks before you determine if it makes a difference to you. It certainly made a noticeable difference after the 3 week mark. I am able to focus and complete tasks that would normally bring on procrastination. Great product. Will buy again.
