Shilajit is a naturally occurring resinous substance that slowly forms within mountain rock over centuries. Traditionally known as "Mountain Balsam" or "Mountain Oil", it has been treasured for generations throughout Siberia and the Himalayan regions, where it has earned names such as "The Destroyer of Weakness" and "The Conqueror of Mountains."
Our Altai Gold Shilajit is wild harvested from the pristine Altai Mountains at elevations above 3,500 metres. This remote UNESCO World Heritage region, where Siberia, Mongolia and Kazakhstan meet, is renowned for its untouched wilderness and exceptionally clean environment.
After harvesting, the raw Shilajit is carefully purified using water and other processes to remove heavy metals, impurities and non-water-soluble materials. It is then naturally sun dried to produce a smooth, premium semi-solid resin that is easy to scoop, dissolve and enjoy.

Ingredients

Suggested Use
Begin with 0.2g daily, approximately half the size of a pea or about one spoonful using the included Golden Shilajit Spoon.
Dissolve the resin in a cup of hot water, milk or your favourite plant-based milk to create a traditional Shilajit tonic. Hot liquid allows the resin to dissolve quickly and completely.
If desired, you may gradually increase your serving to 0.5g per day.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
As Shilajit is a natural resin, its consistency will vary with temperature. It may become softer during warmer weather and firmer during colder months. This is completely normal and does not affect quality.
To prevent the lid becoming difficult to remove, keep the threads of the Miron jar clean after each use. If the lid becomes stuck, heat the lid with a hair dryer or blow heater for a few moments before opening, then wipe the threads clean with warm water on paper towel.
If the resin becomes very soft during summer, it can be refrigerated. If it becomes firm during winter, gently warm the jar before use.

As you can see this is now my second purchase of the Shilajit Resin so you would know now the I love this product. Probably one of the best supplements I have used. I am 64 and still pumping iron n HIIT weekly Sprints around the field. Get it done!!

There is honestly to many positives to list since I have been taking Shilajit. It has honestly changed my life in the sense of cognitive function and memory, I do not get immense energy like some claim but I definitely do feel more reactive and alert. ‘She Legit’ This shilajit is very good! The viscosity is the same as the Himalayan Gold, which is very handy for dosages and handling. The smell and taste is better In the Himalayan gold, however this Altai Mountain shilajit packs a punch, with the desirable effects after consumption, with mental clarity, and general lifted state of being. Really impressed with this shilajit.

First Shilajit Experience Been hearing and reading a lot about Shilajit. Especially from @connecting_consciousness on Instagram (they deserve a free plug whenever possible, follow them and you'll understand what I mean). Tried to get one of their products shipped out to Aus but its about $150 to get the product to the door. Had to find a local alternative and came across this product.
