If you haven't tried bulletproof hot chocolate yet you are missing out, it's delicious and creamy without all the sugar and milk products to feel guilty about.
1 tablespoon grassfed ghee or butter (ghee is best as it doesn't have the Casein).
1.5 cups of hot water (enough so you can have a more after the first cup wasn't enough).
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla extract
, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon Chaga
This is a favorite in our house and makes winter so much easier to handle.
