I've been taking 7 mushroom extract elixir now for a few weeks. It seems that it is a good supplement. I feel I got less tired and it gives me more energy especially in the afternoon. I take it twice a day with small teaspoon in the morning and afternoon. I feel it is highly digestible and no problem on stomach. I am going to repurchase it.

Great product. It has a natural mushroom aroma, but you can’t really taste it once it’s mixed into your drink. I find it mixes best by sprinkling it into coffee while stirring, and it blends in well without clumping.
