Add ingredients to another bowl filled with baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Add in hemp seeds to the mixture and stir. Scoop into your muffin pan evenly. Spiced Matcha Latte

Matcha preparation requires covering tea plants with shade cloths before harvesting. The tea plant is then hand-selected, steamed to stop fermentation, then dried and aged in cold storage, which deepens the flavor. The dried leaves are then stone-ground into a fine powder. Matcha has a more potent source of nutrients than steeped green tea. In addition to providing minerals and vitamins, matcha powder is rich in antioxidants termed polyphenols.

Give your friends and family a tasty treat this Australia Day with your yummy snacks with a spiced matcha latte!
