What is Shilajit?

Shilajit is a naturally occurring mineral-rich resin that forms over centuries from decomposed plant material within mountainous regions. It is traditionally harvested from high-altitude Himalayan rock formations and naturally contains fulvic acid together with a wide range of trace minerals.

Our Nepalese Gold Shilajit is sustainably wild-harvested from the Dolpa, Bajhang and Kalikot districts of western Nepal before being naturally sun-dried using traditional methods.

Suggested Use

Dissolve approximately 0.2g (around half a pea-sized amount or approximately the amount that fits on the head of the included golden Shilajit spoon) into hot water, milk or your preferred warm beverage.

Hot liquids help the resin dissolve more easily.

If preferred, the amount may gradually be increased to approximately 0.5g.
