The Shilajit is wild harvested high in the Nepalese Himalayan Mountains. It takes 1kg of raw shilajit to make 100g of our shilajit extract powder.

All sizes now come in miron violet glass jars with a moisture absorber to protect the Shilajit from visible light, keep them fresh and make it super easy to use.

Suggested Shilajit Extract Powder Usage: Add 1/4 a teaspoon to hot water, milk/mylk to make an instant tonic tea elixir. The liquid needs to be hot to get the Shilajit to quickly dissolve.

Contraindications: individual intolerance, pregnancy, breastfeeding. Shilajit can be used externally by mixing it with shampoo, compresses and masks, and so on. Please see the product images for the certificate of analysis.
