Shilajit is a resinous substance that seeps from clefts in mountain rock, traditionally known as “mountain oil” or “mountain balsam”. Ours is wild harvested and processed high in the Nepalese Himalaya, in a UNESCO-listed region that is among the cleanest places on the planet. Independent analysis confirms its naturally occurring fulvic acid, trace minerals and flavonoids.

Suggested use: add 1/4 teaspoon to hot water or the milk of your choice to make an instant tonic tea. The liquid needs to be hot for the powder to dissolve quickly.
