Our whole Lions Mane is an pure endemic Australian Hericium species sourced from a wild specimen which is organically grown in the Yarra Valley.
They are grown and fruited by using the Paul Stamets method on a substrate of brown rice.
The mushrooms are heat treated (to kill any bacteria, etc. And to improve the bioavailability). The final product is a 100% wholefood containing just the mushroom fruit body.
