A True Wholefood Mushroom

Unlike concentrated mushroom extracts, this is a genuine wholefood powder made from the complete mushroom.

Our Reishi is cultivated using the renowned Paul Stamets growing method on an organic brown rice substrate. As the mushroom matures, the fruit body grows directly from the living mycelium, producing a finished powder containing approximately 70–80% mushroom fruit body, together with nutrient-rich mycelium and a small amount of naturally myceliated brown rice.

The result is a minimally processed wholefood that provides both the mushroom fruit body and mycelium in their natural form.

Freeze Dried for Maximum Freshness

After harvesting, the mushrooms are gently heat treated to improve digestibility before being freeze dried and finely milled into a powder.

This gentle process helps break down the mushroom's tough chitin cell walls while preserving its naturally occurring nutritional compounds. Freeze drying also helps maintain freshness, flavour and nutritional value without the use of harsh extraction methods.

Naturally Rich in Beta-Glucans

Our Australian-grown Reishi is lab tested at approximately 17% beta-glucans, making it one of Australia's highest beta-glucan wholefood Reishi mushroom powders.

Unlike extracts that isolate certain compounds, our wholefood powder contains the complete nutritional profile of the mushroom, including both the fruit body and mycelium.
