Our whole Cordyceps is wild harvested by hand in the Himalayan Mountains in Nepal. It is gathered at high altitudes between 3300-4400m and solar dried in the clean mountain air. It has a potent bitter taste and is best taken with honey and milk.

Our Wild Harvested Himalayan Cordyceps fruit body is rich in active compounds and contains high amounts of Cordycepin and Adenosine.
How to use: Begin with 1/2 piece whole cordyceps per day after food and build up to 1 whole piece. Chew small pieces and swallow with milk and honey or room temperature fruit juice. The taste is quite bitter so start with 1/2 a piece to get used to it.

Cordyceps Mushroom Tonic Tea: Break up 1 piece and add to hot water with honey. Milk can be added after brewing. Chew the pieces after drinking. Don't use on an empty stomach.
