Our Pine Pollen (Pinus massoniana) Extract is a 20:1 water extract, each 100-gram package contains the equivalent of over 2 kg of raw pine pollen powder.

Suggested Usage: Add 1/2 a teaspoon to hot water, milk/mylk to make an instant tonic tea elixir.

Please note: This product is contraindicated with anti-depressant medications. Use this product with caution, if at all, when taking any prescription medication.
