Organic Wild Harvested Siberian Chaga Mushroom Extract 30:1 - Superfoods Australia

Chaga (Inonotus Obliquus) is an amazing Superfood mushroom extract with high bioavailability, large amounts of antioxidants, and adaptogenic properties. Chaga infects Birch trees in Siberian forests, and the mycelium grows on the outside of the tree and is what’s harvested to make the Chaga mushroom powder. The mycelium eventually absorbs all the goodness and life energy from the tree and makes it available for us to consume in the chaga extract form.

Siberian Chaga extract powder is known for its Beta-Glucans (a type of polysaccharide), other unique Polysaccharides, Betulinic Acid, Antioxidants and Phytosterols (mainly inotodiol, lanosterol and a massive amount of melanin and Superoxide Dismutase). The melanin gives the Chaga the dark black color and is a potent antioxidant, look for a dark Chaga Extract to ensure you are getting a large number of antioxidants. Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) is the other potent antioxidant found in Chaga with an amazing ability to scavenge free radicals. The ORAC (oxygen radical absorbance capacity) score is used to measure the antioxidants in a substance, and Chaga Extract has one of the highest scores ever measured.

The best Chaga extract is produced using a dual water-ethanol extraction to ensure all the active ingredients are removed from the raw Chaga; our Chaga extracts are produced this way. The alcohol helps with the extraction of the Betulinic Acid which the Chaga absorbs from the Birch tree.

Our Chaga Extract 30:1 is EU and USDA certified organic and is tested by HPLC for purity after manufacture. Our extracts are super black and full of beta-glucans and antioxidants.

We also stock a freeze-dried extract; the freeze-drying process helps to preserve more of the active compounds and anti-oxidants in the Chaga extract.

If you are interested in a high-quality and affordable super mushroom, purchase the Chaga Extract 30:1 today!

    Actually tastes good!

Siberian Chaga will become a staple for me. So many superfoods have tastes that are far from inviting. They can be bitter, weird or down right yuck. Chaga makes up like like a nice coffee. Preference is to make it up with organic milk, lovely. In fact something to look forward to each day.

Have been substituting Chaga for coffee for a week now, with black strap molasses to sweeten it up a bit. Tastes awesome. Coffee jitters and headache gone.
