Chaga (Inonotus Obliquus) is an wonderful bioavailable Superfood mushroom which contains potent antioxidants, and the adaptogen betulinic acid (a naturally occurring triterpene).
Our Chaga grows on Birch trees deep in the Taiga forests and the fruit body is harvested and ground to make the Chaga mushroom powder.
Mushroom Tonic Tea: Mix 1-2 tsp of chaga powder in a cup of boiled water and seep for 5 mins (not more than 10) to make a delicious tonic tea. Alternatively add 1-2 teaspoons per cup to a pot of boiled water and then simmer for 30 mins and then filter.
